How To Use Self - HELP, To Be Happier, And Healthier?

How can you, ever, become, the best, you can, possibly, be, unless/ until, you realize, you'll never make a difference, for the better, in your world, or others, until, you start, by effectively using, some, self - HELPWhat the world needs now, is love, sweet love, but, it's impossible, to love anyone else, until you, first, believe in, and, truly, love yourself! This must be, far more than rhetoric, but, rather, you must believe it, in your core perceptions, and personal reality, all the time, in every way! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and why, proceeding, with this focus, is an essential component, of living a happier, healthier life.


1. Head/ heart; healing: If you want to make the biggest difference, in your ability to be self - satisfied, and far less stressed, and/ or, overcome by the obstacles, which present themselves, you must effectively utilize, both, your emotional and logical components, in a head/ heart balance! Heal yourself, by focusing, on, personally, healing, actual and potential wounds, with a positive, can - do, attitude, and looking at your finest options and alternatives!

2. Essence; effects; efforts; energy/ energize; Consider, the essence of what, you seek, for yourself! Will you use your best efforts, in order to help bring forth, the finest effects? Do you have the level of personal energy, which might energize you, to strive, forward, and transform, lemons into lemonade?

3. Listen; learn; lower stress; love yourself: Do you, truly, love yourself, as much as you should? What do you like/ love about your life, actions, behavior, attitude, etc, and how will you use your strengths, to become the best, you can be? Will you, take the time, and make the effort, to effectively listen, to your mind - thoughts/ inner feelings, etc, and learn, consistently, from every message, feeling, and experience, so you might proceed, with more expertise, judgment, and personally fulfilling, wisdom? If you do these things, you must try to lower your personal stress level, by better, putting things into perspective!

4. Planning; priorities; perceptions; please/ pleasure: How much time, will you devote, to personal planning, and addressing your needs, and priorities? Have you examined your perceptions, and whether, they benefit you? What will you do, which pleases, yourself? Will you positively address, your personal preferences, and what, truly, gives you the most pleasure, etc?

You can't be as happy and healthy, as possible, unless/ until, you maximize your focus, and attempting, better, self - HELP! Will you be your best friend, or work, against your personal health, and well - being?
