We Are Stardust

Yes, you read that right. And now the question comes, HOW?

Well, there's a very logical and sensible explanation to that. It did not start with me or you being born nor it started with the evolution of Mankind. It goes way before that, it starts with 'Hydrogen' and 'Helium'.

Every star that you can see or not see, has a core which helps to sustain it. In that core, Nuclear Fusion takes place continuously and for that fusion Hydrogen and Helium is needed.

Once the Hydrogen inside the core is depleted, it Unravels. Thus, creating beautiful atoms and elements that are then distributed in the space.

This usually happens to a star which is the size of our Sun. But for the Stars which are bigger than Sun, they explode to form 'Supernova' and creates the Crab Nebula which is nothing but debris that is left after the explosion. Atoms which are bigger than Iron are created in that violent explosion and that Iron is responsible for the red color of our blood when combined with oxygen.

When the dust is swept up and gravity plays its part and brings all those clouds together, clump them up and ignite another nuclear reaction inside and A new Star is born.

Over time Stars blow away the cloud that has formed them, which contains light, heat, radiations and particles. Sometimes a little bit of that cloud hang around the star and if we are lucky enough, some of that debris will form a stable orbit around the star and they are Baby solar systems.

And out of that debris that now has a stable place to land on, makes a Planet and that's how our Beloved Earth is formed. Every part of human body, everything that you see, that exist is nothing but the result of a Violent explosion, A Supernova. Not just that, it's not only one star that is responsible for us. We are the homogenous mixture of billions of Stars have died millions or the billions year ago. Some part of our body is as old as Universe and some of it is quite new.

We are a very brief part of this Universe and its many miracles. It sometimes is very exciting to think but sometimes a very saddening though as the time we have is very limited and the Universe is Vast.

We truly are "Miracle of Cosmic proportions". We are Stardust!

What are we? How are we? And yes, are we really Stardust?
